1. WHAT IS CREATIVELY, WE RELEASE? WHAT DOES THE "WE" STAND FOR? WHAT TYPES OF PROGRAMS DO YOU PROVIDE?

Creatively, WE release is a non-profit corporation based in Essex County, New Jersey, that offers creative art programs to children and young adults suffering from mental health challenges and low self-esteem. We provide unique services to help children develop a sense of self and acceptance, including creative arts (art, dance, music), as well as community support services (mentoring and counseling).

For 2022-2023, we will offer our dance program, Dance As If UCARE! (Understanding Consciously and Releasing Emotions). Our mindful dancing programs combine meditative, aerobic, and anaerobic movements to help students develop mindfulness while nourishing the mind, body, and soul. The acronym "WE" stands for "wellness encourages."

2. WHY CREATIVELY, WE RELEASE?

Students will be able to express themselves in a fun and nonverbal way through our programs. High-quality creative art programs that can boost their mental health and self-esteem can benefit our marginalized but rapidly growing young populations. Our creative programs, we feel, can assist children in developing mindfulness, emotional stability, and consciousness. We aim to encourage children to reconnect with their "selves" and discover inner peace.

3. WHO ARE THE PROGRAMS FOR?
Our programs are open to all age groups; however, our focus is on children, aged 8 to 17.

4. WHAT COUNTIES DO YOU SERVE?
Currently, we serve Essex and Hudson counties in Northern New Jersey.

Jersey City         Newark

5. WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

Our fees can range from $65 to $125 per 1.5-2 hours. Community centers, public and private schools can purchase personalized curriculum packages ranging from $4,700 to $6,500 per semester.

We offer non-commitment packages to clients who choose to pay through their insurance providers. We ask clients to prepay for their sessions to provide a clean and trackable experience. They will then receive an invoice/bill with the provider ID of the organization, which they can submit to their insurance carrier for reimbursement.

6. WHERE DO YOU OFFER YOUR SERVICES? WHERE ARE THE IN-PERSON CLASSES HELD?

 We can arrange for our programs to be delivered to schools, hospitals, and other community facilities, in addition to our main location:
